Our class garden finally produced the lettuce and spinach that we planted back in October. The kids were so excited to pick what they had planted. The best part was taking it back to the classroom, cleaning it up and eating our hard work. There's nothing like a fresh organic salad with some yummy ranch dressing. Next on out list to pick will be the carrots and broccoli. Yummy!
